Easily one of the most popular wheels in the UTV Series lineup is the 401-R beadlock wheel. If you’ve seen a UTV race ever in your life, chances are you’ve seen a Method 401-R wheel. You can find it on Rhys Millen’s Jackal, Branden Sim’s RZR, Justin Lambert’s RZR, Kaden Wells’ RZR and for something more recent—the Polaris Factory Team that competed at Dakar.

The 401-R was developed for the extremes of off-road racing and is available in both low offset and high offset versions. It has that iconic 12-window design and a debossed Method logo. The wheel itself is made of solid A356 aluminum and constructed using a T6 heat treatment construction. The inner lip has been reinforced making the wheel stronger and more durable. The V2 beadlock ring is made of forged 6061 aluminum for greater strength and less deflection. Included with the wheels is an American made Grade 8 zinc-plated beadlock hardware kit. The wheel also has a super strong 1600 lbs. load rating.

The width and offset for the 401-R provide optimal handling and feedback for drivers. Throw on the 401-R and make your UTV lighter, stronger and faster.
